Nurminen Logistics Plc will release its Financial Statement 2021 and Half-Year Financial Reporting in 2022 as follows:

The Financial Statement Bulletin for 2021 and Annual Report 2021, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance statement, and the remuneration report is to be published on Thursday, 3 March 2022, at 8:30 am.  

Half-year Report for January – June 2022: Thursday, 4 August 2022, at 8:30 am. 

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Monday, 11 April 2022.
