Nurminen Logistics Plc (Nasdaq Helsinki: NLG1V) (“Nurminen Logistics”, the “Company”) has July 13, 2021, received notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act (“SMA”) from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, the “Ilmarinen”).
According to the announcement, the holding of Ilmarinen's direct shares in the Company has increased.
The total position of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company is the following according to received notification of the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company:
