CORRECTION: Nurminen Logistics Plc: Estimated entry date of the new shares in the Trade Register

Correction to the stock exchange release published by Nurminen Logistics Plc on 21 May 2021 at 3 pm entry of new shares in the trade register. The release incorrectly estimated that the new shares would be entered in the Trade Register by June 3, 2021. The new estimate is that the shares will be entered in the Trade Register by June 25. – 28, 2021, after which Nurminen Logistics Plc will immediately apply for the shares to be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki Oy stock exchange list.
