Following the decision taken at the Annual General Meeting held on April 12, 2023, Nurminen Logistics Plc has transferred 91,463 shares to the members of the Board of Directors for remuneration on July 25, 2023.

Following the decision of the Annual General Meeting, 50% of the annual remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors is paid in company shares. After the transfer, the company holds 0 own shares.

The decisions of the Annual General Meeting were announced in a stock exchange release on April 12, 2023.
